"10 NIGHTS IN SICILY": DAY 6 - RAGUSA IBLA & ANCIENT WINES

And so we concluded our Sicilian Baroque Triangle experience in Ragusa Ibla yesterday. The "Giardini Iblei" with beautifully scented roses, the Majestic Baroque style Cathedral of San Giorgio and a delicious ice-cream, thats Ragusa wrapped up... The true gem of the day was the visit to COS Winery in the DOCG area of Vittoria, near Ragusa. Here the only DOCG Sicilian wine is produced, "The Cerasuolo di Vittoria". But thats not the whole, full, incredibly delicious, amazing story...... We must come back for more chapters....
