PLAY THE GUITAR AGAIN......
It was all fun and games in the kitchen today at our pasta making workshop with the battle of the chefs ,Gabriella and Max, fighting it out to teach the pupils the best way to make and cook the famous Abruzzese chitarra pasta.
The kitchen doors opened onto a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of green and lush rolling hills and the snow capped Maiella mountains, so after all the hard work we enjoyed a delicious lunch outside in the sunshine. We chatted about Abruzzo life, learnt a little more Italian and ate delicious salami and cheese, crispy and lightly fried zucchini, freshly made and perfect chitarra pasta and a chocolate tart with a dollop of creamy mascarpone YUM!
